Elements + Habitare Dev't Corp., an archictectural/design firm, is contracted with the design of the Proposed Tagaytay Tourist Iconic Tower Project at Brgy. Kaybagal, Tagaytay City. As a requirement to this, Fil Geosolutions Inc. (Filgeo) with RDAS Geotech and Environmental Services executed aerial survey, relocation survey and geotechnical investigation for its 1.8-hectare project scope. A total of four land parcels were relocated, and four boreholes were drilled for geotechnical investigation. A relocation plan, a consolidated map of the area with the plot of property lines, borehole locations and orthophoto, and complete survey and geotech reports were produced.
